Paid before the unit goes live, and it covers what it takes to publish it:

Recurring cleaning is never billed to you
Cleaning between stays is paid by the guest. None of it lands on your settlement.
A Superhost account, with access for you
Your unit is published on our Superhost account, and we can enable co-host access so you see bookings, calendar and reviews whenever you like.
Furnishing is quoted separately
If the unit has to be furnished from scratch, that is its own service, priced after our architect measures the unit. It is never folded into the two charges above.
